Due to the complexity of these exchanges, additional fees apply. Please call us to discuss these fees and the process of your exchange.

Other Fees

Our bank charges wire fees which will be deducted from exchange funds.

We do charge a $200 rush order fee when we receive the documents we need to prepare exchange documents within 16 business hours of signing. Your exchange will be smoothest if you always let your closer know that First American Exchange of Skagit County is your Exchange Facilitator.
